All payments made for VARNA: Handwriting Champion are final and strictly non-refundable. The registration fee of ₹199 per student is a one-time, non-transferable amount applied immediately toward event planning, logistics, and participant identification.
No Refunds Will Be Provided For:
- Duplicate registrations
- Incorrect or incomplete entries
- Unavailability of participants on competition dates
- Technical issues originating from the participant’s side
- Change of mind or inability to continue
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if the event is fully cancelled by Vedansh Group.
